Pisces Season

2/18 - 3/20/25

It’s Pisces Season, and it’s time to dream bigger than you ever have before!

…but it may be hard to.  We’re breaking out of old cycles of reality as we shift from the Age of skeptic and realist Capricorn into this Age of all-things possible Aquarius.  Transformation can be exhausting and with Pisces ruled by Neptune, the Planet of Sleep, Conscious Rest, and Daydreaming, we may want to spend more time horizontal than vertical.  Don’t be afraid to lean into stillness and non-doing, because even when our bodies rest, our brain continues to function just the same!  This is why dream and meditative spaces can be so powerful.  When the brain doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what isn’t, we have incredible power to decide how everything goes from here.

Aquarius Season

1/19 - 2/18/25

Aquarius Season is here, and it’s time to think, do, and BE different!

The sign of the cosmic “Water-Bearer” is often misunderstood.  Partially because their behavior doesn’t align with the status quo, but also because their association to water sometimes causes them to be mistaken for a water sign.  Aquarius is actually an air sign, and the vessel she pours from is a representation of her mind.  The stories she shares, the wisdom she passes on, and the space she holds for others are all affiliated with the water she both holds and pours consistently.

Within our energetic body, water is related to emotion.  It is found primarily with our second energy center, known as Svadisthana Chakra, which is where we develop relationship and deeper connection to others.  Aquarius energy is all about the exchange of emotionally-fueled energy, usually around personal story, and about the passionate connections we all share deep within our heart spaces.

Capricorn Season 12/21/24 - 1/19/25

It’s Capricorn Season, and it’s time to shift our focus.

The sign of the hard working Sea-Goat is always aiming to move up, and with this shift from Sagittarius to Capricorn season you may feel a need to elevate or uplift your life.  Sagittarius season was all about us finding our joy and building strong fences around what we both want and need in order to feel happy.  Now, Capricorn moves in to make sure we’re taking advantage of the boundaries we have now set.  While this sign is usually focused on external work like career or other more professional pursuits, this particular Capricorn season wants us to do the inner work instead.  Mars, the Planet of Work, Taking Action, Yang, Masculinity, and War is currently retrograde in Leo, a sign ruled by the heart and led by its glow.  This sets up an energy for us to work on ourselves more, and make sure we’re living out of our heart’s truest desires, so we feel like we're also living out of our joy.  Leo can be a more selfish energy, and this Mars Retro in Leo happening during Capricorn Season reminds us to take care of ourself and engage in the practices we need in order to not only feel more stable, but also happier.

Aries Season

March 20th -April 19th, 2025

It’s Aries Season, and it’s time to spark our fires and fan our flames!

In true Aries fashion, this season starts out in full force.  With both Venus & Mercury traversing retrogrades in Aries this season, there’s bound to be some shakeups, breakups, and breakthroughs.  The beginning of spring is always a time of liminal spaces, as it is the astrological new year.  We’ve also just recently navigated a total lunar eclipse, which is depicted by the tail of a snake in Vedic Astrology and symbolizes the mass shedding we need to do in order to grow.  Add in the fact that this is The Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac, AND this Aries season occurs just 3 days after St. Patrick’s Day, and we cannot deny that the theme of life right now is to LET GO!  We cannot rise from the surface if we continue to allow ourselves to be tethered to our traumas, triggers, and past.  It’s time to rid ourselves of this ego-fueled victimizing, and believe that we are always in control of our story.

Aries is the hero of the zodiac.  He is the cosmic warrior, ready to fight with all of his might until he sees victory.  We, too, are more motivated now to go after our goals and push through until we have a better life.  With the journey comes challenges.  Usually, Aries is forward-moving, ready to go at any moment and usually taking charge.  This season, there could be some hesitations.  Venus opposes the energy of Aries, yet is currently spinning backwards in this sign.  This debilitates both the inner masculine and the inner feminine, causing internal conflict and inability to make decision.  We also have Mars, which is the ruler of Aries, currently in the water sign of Cancer, where it encourages more logic and heart-fueled behavior rather than rash spontaneity.  While this can have its benefits, it can also discourage us from taking action.

Mercury Retrograde will shift from Pisces into Aries on April 16th, just on the end of Aries Season.  Mercury has also been in the retrograde window the entire of Aries season, due to its pre-shadow beginning on February 28th and its post-shadow lingering until April 26th.  Mercury is our planet of communication, expression, travel, and trade.  When retrograde, all of these categories become tricky.  Mix in our neighbor planet Venus also spinning backwards and causing us to question our worth, and there will be a lot of matters in the mind around money, pleasure, worthiness, relationship, and value.

Venus goes Cazimi, or into the heart of the sun, on March 22nd.  Mercury goes Cazimi on March 24th.  The first week of Aries season is CRUCIAL for decision making, especially with us being between eclipses.  As much as restless Aries wants to go and do, it’s best to rest and prepare for now.  This is not a time to make choice or move forward, unless we absolutely have to.  Even the warrior has to rest every once in a while and make a plan.

There may be times this Aries season where you have to make a decision, even if you do not want to.  Eclipses have a way of pushing us to choose a certain path.  If you find yourself coming to a crossroads this season, remember to weigh all matters from the heart first.  The fire energy of Aries will want you to make haste, but the energy of Pisces, Libra, Venus, Mercury, and the Moon will all want you to slow down and take time for consideration.  When we make a choice during an eclipse season, the results can affect us for up to 2-3 years OR MORE!  We want to be careful right now, and hold off until Taurus or even Gemini season on as much decision making as possible, if we can.

Aries is the child of the zodiac, who sometimes needs more discipline.  This season is about finding structure through everyday ritual and regular practices, so we are fully equipped for the year to come.  The astrology of 2025 has just gotten started, and if you thought March was wild, get ready!  This Aries season brings A LOT to the cosmic table, and there could be some childlike outbursts or tantrums thrown around the consequences this eclipse season brings.  Remember, as much as eclipses are about setting our karma for the future, they are also about reaping the karma of our past.  If anything shakes you up this season or puts you through a sort of “growing pain,” perhaps reflect back and ask yourself where it stems from.  The Pisces energy of these Venus & Mercury retrogrades this season will encourage you to dive deep and find the root feelings of things.  There will also be a push to heal and become more booyant as you begin to rise to the surface and find more breath around all that sweeps you emotionally away.  This Aries season is more about conquering internal battles rather than external wars.  Commit to rising up and doing the work you need to in order to find more inner peace and harmony.

Speaking of the ocean, Neptune, the planetary ruler of Pisces, shifts from Pisces into Aries during this Aries season on March 30th.  This shift hasn’t happened for 165 years, and the last time Neptune was in Aries we were on the brink of the American Civil War.  Transiting Neptune from 1861-1875, the battles she fought fueled by Aries included ideals that made us rise up into a better society.  What will happen now as Neptune, the planet of dreams, liminal spaces, and mystery, shifts into the sign of the cosmic warrior again?  I think we’re already starting to see some of this play out politically, but with it all happening in Aries season AND the Age of Aquarius, there’s bound to be riots around the changes!  Mix in the fact that Pluto Is preparing to go retrograde soon and already in its pre-shadow, AND America is in its Pluto return, and we are likely to see protests on the rise.  Expect this fire-fueled tension to continue through the Full Moon in Aries later this year in October, where Pluto goes direct one week after.

On March 29th, we will experience our final Aries eclipse in the Aries-Libra series, with a partial solar eclipse at 9 degrees, occurring at 5:58am CST.  This will be an important time to release any lingering energies that fan your fire in a negative way.  On April 12th, the Full “Pink” Moon will ask us to soften into our hearts and assess our worthiness.  We will also be pushed to release anyone who puts out our fires, rather than helps them burn.  Energetically, fire is related to discipline, integrity, and the ability to show up.  This Aries season, find the support network you need in order to become who you want.  As life continues to shift in the future and things get potentially rocky, you will need your people, places, and practices even more in order to feel stable.

As we move into Taurus season on April 19th, the energy will be anything but grounded.  Mercury will be direct, but will also shift back into Aries just 3 days before Taurus season arrives.  Mars, the ruler of Aries, will shift into fiery, ego-fueled Leo one day before the beginning of Taurus season.  Mix this with Neptune back in Aries for the first time in 165 years and Venus shifting into Aries on April 30th during Taurus season, the the season of the cosmic bull will be anything but sure-footed.  Things will level out in May, but for now, we must find our ability to root in where and when we can.  Use this Aries season to rest and recharge.  Navigate the next few weeks with mindfulness at the forefront.  If you want to fight battles now, try to resist.  Train instead.  Stay disciplined and committed to your practices and the person you are committed to becoming.  Your time to charge forward will come.  Take time this season to conserve your energy and prepare.

Pisces Season

February 18th - March 20th, 2025

Although our ability to co-create is not new news, it is something that is just now becoming more accepted as truth in mainstream.  It’s much easier to believe we are powerless, and there’s some outer energy to blame on it all.  Even Astrology can seem to do so, as we use the planets and stars to explain the energy playing out at hand.  The truth is, we have a lot more control than we give ourselves credit for.  As we dance through Pisces season over the next few weeks, give yourself permission to believe in the mass variety of possibilities that can play out in your very near future.

Make sure you also take time to record your dreams so you don’t lose track of the details.  Mercury is in Pisces until March 3rd, giving us more ability to listen to our inner self, our spirit guides, and anything else that needs to help guide us closer to our destiny.  This transit also supports us connecting more to the liminal spaces in our dream worlds, both the dreams we navigate in deep sleep and those that we find ourselves drifting to when consciously more awake.  If you find yourself lost in your imagination this season, make sure to keep a record of what you see and experience, so you have more direction when it feels like the appropriate time to take more action.

Pisces is the last season of winter, and although we may be anxious for spring, we are still in a time of yin.  These next few weeks will be a portal between endings and beginnings, as well as an opportunity this particular year to slow down and prepare for the Astrology ahead.  While the New Moon on February 27th is not eclipsed, we are now shifting into the Virgo-Pisces eclipse series.  The Full Moon in Virgo on March 14th will be in a Total Lunar Eclipse, shifting us all back into more alignment with the life our soul intended to live out on this planet.  Don’t be surprised if you see big shakeups during this time, especially if you’re a Virgo or Pisces, or if you’re an earth or water sign.

It’s also important to manage your fire this Pisces season.  While the sign of the fish owns the water element, this form of matter displays as the emotional body within us.  Pisces is known for expressing its feelings, but when Mercury shifts out of Pisces and into Aries on March 3rd, we might struggle to let things through as much as we did before.  It will become even more challenging to stay calm and collected as Pisces season plays out.  Don’t be surprised if you experience feelings of angst, frustration, or even want to throw a tantrum!  Aries is the sign of the cosmic kid, and when Mercury goes retrograde on March 15th in 9 degrees of Aries, we are likely to have outbursts.  As Mercury spins back into emotional Pisces on March 29th, then goes direct on April 7 in 26 degrees of Pisces, we may want to confront our feelings more, but not necessarily let them through.  Part of this is due to Mars being in Cancer until mid-April, where the Planet of Action tends to shell up and hold back.  In fact, our masculine energy and ability to initiate or self-start has been debilitated since Mars went Retrograde back in December, and when it goes Direct on February 23rd during Pisces Season and in the sign of Cancer, not much will change.  Lean into the desire to do less.  There is always a reason for how we are feeling.  There will be more time to move forward once we shift fully into Aries Season and Mercury goes Direct again.

One of the more rare cosmic events happening this Pisces season is a planetary alignment from January 21st-28th.  While this doesn’t have any astrological significance, when the planets can get their stuff together enough to get in line, perhaps we can, too!  Use the inspiration of the planetary parade the last week of January to start getting your life together and your energy aligned while also marching to the beat of your own drum!

Aquarius Season

January 19th, 2024 - February 18th, 2024

Coming back to the elements, the air of Aquarius can be found within the heart, lungs, and throat of the subtle energy body.  We both receive and give air in conversation, and anytime we talk or express we are moving the air up and out.  It can also be moved “down and out”, because air is also related to the thinking mind and connection to the ether.  Sometimes this is a thought moved into voice.  Sometimes it is more of a spiritual download.  Whatever is moving through you, don’t be surprised if you are more inclined to start expressing it and “airing it out” now, even if you haven’t felt like doing so before.

The Sun officially moved into Aquarius this year on January 19th at 2pm CST, while also conjunct with Pluto and causing us to feel power struggles both between Capricorn and Aquarius energy, as well as the old and the new in general.  I find it interesting that the American Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump happens less than 24 hours after the “launch” of this year’s solar dance with Aquarius.  When you take into consideration the team of people he is building, including out-of-box-thinking Elon Musk, you can’t help but feel the Aquarian vibes!  No matter how you feel about the shift in leadership, the energy is different, for sure!  That’s Aquarius for you!  This sign is all about ushering in new ways of thinking, doing, and existing.  With the Age of Aquarius now officially at hand, I have no doubt we will continue to see shifts in global leadership and politics as we navigate the future.

Aquarius energy thrives on connection.  I like to call them “The Cosmic Humanitarian,” because they spend a lot of their energy fighting for others’ equality.  They are ruled by freedom-fighting and radical Uranus, who begins Aquarius season Retrograde in Taurus and shifts our focus to fight for equal support for all.  Think equal pay, fair living conditions and wages, and ease around accessibility.  These areas and others like it will probably be where our collective focus is headed.  With Uranus retrograde, this energy might now be more in the mind, where we come up with ideas for deeper connection and better ways to help.  By the time Uranus goes direct in Taurus on January 30th, we will probably feel more inspired to take direct action and implement or integrate policies, philanthropic efforts, and other forms of action.  Considering this shift with Uranus happens one day after the New Moon in Aquarius, where Sun and Moon (aka masculine and feminine energies) join forces to help us fight for what’s good, we can’t help but put on our volunteer hats, give to our favorite charities, or become incredibly passionate about helping out with what feels best from our hearts.  We also have Mercury shifting into Aquarius on January 27th, fueling the expression of what we need in order to feel most successful in our efforts.

There is going to be a lot of integration and collaboration within this Aquarius season.  The New Moon on January 29th is also known as Lunar New Year and Chinese New Year, when we will invite in the energy of the Wood Snake to take over.  This could be interpreted as the awakening of The Kundalini, the masculine and feminine “snakes” or energetic highways that intersect up our spine and control our subtle energy vortexes.  We are already seeing more of the concepts of the Chakras rising to mainstream acceptance, when they were labeled as quite “out there” and unique not that long ago.  Now that the Age of Aquarius has been activated, we are more inclined to consider these other ways of connecting to and understanding ourselves.  If you've been curious about more than just your physical self.  Now is the time to explore more.

When Venus moves into Aries on February 4th, on the same day that Jupiter goes direct in Gemini, we will feel a need to expand and grow into our most complete and whole self to date.  Mars, Aries ruling planet, has been retrograde since December 6th and will continue spinning backwards throughout the entire of this Aquarius Season until February 23rd.  When we have a Mars retrograde, we feel more Yin than Yang.  We focus more on ourselves and our energy rather than the external and we move closer to our goals through the power of our mind rather than brute force or physical action.  When Venus, the planet of yin, shifts into Aries, we feel a need to embrace both sides of ourselves.  You may feel the need to be more assertive than normal during this time or you may want to be more intentional with setting boundaries.  On the contrary, you may feel a need to “lay down your sword” and do things in a different way when it comes to fighting for what you want.  Think more diplomatic rather than controlling, even if the challenges you face are simply within you.  This Aquarius Season wants you to accept yourself and all of your ways, no matter how different they can be.  The more you act on the way your truest self wants to live, the easier it will be to obtain what is most aligned with your soul.

By the time we reach the Full “Snow” Moon in Leo on February 12th, we will only have one more week with Aquarius energy.  You may want to get playful, curious, or downright weird during the full moon portal.  Leo energy is like that of a cat--inquisitive, impulsive, and entertaining.  Aquarius energy is a little upside-down, inside-own, and out-of-this-world!  With Mercury still dangling with Aquarius under the full moonlight, don’t be surprised if you feel like expressing yourself in a more uniquely spontaneous way than normal.

There may also be a need to express more of your love around the full moon or just after.  Mercury will enter into heart-ruled Pisces on Valentine’s Day of all days, causing us all to feel a little more lovestruck than usual.  Remember, we may also feel more impulsive when it comes to acting on our feels due to that Venus in Aries alignment, so get brave and put yourself out there if you've been thinking about it.  This may be you finally hitting up your crush or it may be you simply acting on whatever your heart desires.  If there’s been someone or something that you’ve wanted to connect more deeply to, use the last week of Aquarius season and the holiday of love to help fuel your ability to make your heart’s dreams come true.

We wrap up this season with Pallas--the asteroid affiliated with intellect, strategy, and truth--entering Aquarius and helping us to hold onto the concept of living out of our heart center.  Don’t be surprised if you want to do differently over the next few weeks, but be even more prepared for spontaneous shifts towards the end of the month.  By the time we enter Pisces season on February 18th, you may be in a completely different place or space than you are now!  Aquarius energy is known to be flighty.  Let yourself go where the winds of Source blow you as you navigate the beginning of this new year.

Capricorn Season

December 21st, 2024 - January 19th, 2024

Sometimes depicted only as a goat, Capricorn brings the energy of grounding.  Showing up in the middle of the holiday season, this sign helps us find more footing when the world feels extra stimulating and demanding.  This is also a season that carries us through the holiday season and into the new year.  This gives us the motivation we need to get more structured and intentional as we move into our next chapter.  Use this season to think about where you want to go in your life, and what steps you need to get there in the near future.

You may also need to do shadow work this particular Capricorn season in order to heal any emotional wounds that hinder your growth.  Chiron, an asteroid representing our wounds, traumas, and triggers, will go direct on December 29th in the sign of Aries, a sign of ambition, the inner child, childlike energy, the warrior, and cardinal fire.  Aries is also ruled by Mars.  Combine this Chiron in Aries with Mars retrograde in Leo, and we may finally feel like doing what it takes to change ourselves or feel more whole. If you’ve been struggling to do the work you need to, or if you’ve been having a hard time facing your truths or your past, focus more on this work closer to the end of this year and beginning of next.

You may not want to take action right away, but you definitely want to set the intention on what you need to do.  The New “Black” Moon in Capricorn gives us a rare second new moon this December.  This also gives us a second chance to direct our energy where we we need it the most as we step into the new year.  On January 6th, just one week after this new moon, Mars Retrograde will shift into Cancer, giving us more permission to get in touch with ourselves and more energy to shell up and do the work we need to by ourselves.  On January 8th, Mercury will shift into Capricorn, possibly giving us the sure-footedness we need to communicate to others clearly and ensure we have strong boundaries.  When the Full moon in Cancer arrives on January 13th, we’ll want to tend to ourselves even more.  Don’t be surprised if you find yourself more self-centered this holiday season and into the first of the new year.  And don’t judge if this is how things play out.  We have to have balance between work and rest, yin, and yang.  This Capricorn Season is giving us a break and giving us permission to focus on ourselves most of all.

It’s funny how this is the energy we now find ourselves under just as we are “officially” into the Age of Aquarius.  We will discuss this sign more around January 19th when the season officially starts, but know that this sign is all about thinking, doing, and being different.  As we shift out of the rigid thinking of Capricorn and enter this ever-expanding Age of the “Water-Bearer”, it’s time to shift into a more elevated and lifted way of operating.  The Capricorn goat always likes to climb to the top of the mountain.  The more we allow ourselves to “lighten up” and climb our spiritual ladder just the same (i.e., the more we work to raise our Kundalini), the more adaptable we will become with the new ways of thinking, doing, and magical manifesting that are on their way in this new 5D+ reality!

Although Capricorn is the realist sign of the zodiac, this particular season will help us all lean into the sign's more mythological side.  Known as the “Sea-Goat” the story of this creature is woven into the folklore of many cultures.  Some say it is half-goat, half-fish, others say it is an incarnation of the Greek mythological Pan, others say it is a mermaid/merman type of creature.  There are more tales of this entity, but one thing to know about this creature is it is ruled by Saturn, the Planet of Karma.  With this particular season of Capricorn bringing Venus into Pisces, the sign of the dreamer, on January 2nd and the North Node into Pisces on January 11th,  it will be karmic in 2025 whether we believe in our magic, or not.  Use this holiday season to believe in the light within you, and keep stoking the flames of your heart’s desires throughout this Capricorn season and the rest of winter, so you stay fueled to focus on your dreams through winters’ end.

Sagittarius Season

November 21st - December 21st, 2024

Sagittarius Season is here, and it’s time to believe in ourselves as we take aim on our goals.

We are under the influence of The Cosmic Archer.  Sometimes represented by a centaur, and other times represented by simply the bow and arrow itself, this is a season that encourages us to continue to work on ourselves, our goals, and our bigger dreams, even in the darkest of times.

Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the largest planet in our galaxy.  This is a sign that embodies expansion, abundance, and joy, and we may feel more optimistic than usual this time of year.  Perhaps you’ve been doubtful about where you are headed in the future.  The arrow of Sagittarius might now help point you in the right direction.  Maybe you’re unsure about the goals you’ve been working on.  Sagittarius helps you to believe in yourself and what you are capable of.   You may have also been drowning in the depths of watery emotion that the previous Scorpio season held.  Sagittarius now brings a necessary fire, to help dry things out and get you back into a state of stability.  If there’s been anything in your feelings lingering on the negative side, give yourself permission to possibly rise higher now.  Sagittarius Season has a way of helping us to lighten up.

Despite the positivity of Sagittarius, don’t be fooled into thinking the energy is all sunshine and rainbows.  The fire of this sign can be used to encourage others through motivation and support, or it can be a strong-willed force to help someone make change.  Mercury goes retrograde in Sagittarius on November 25th, just 4 days into this season, and spins backwards until December 15th, just 6 days before Capricorn Season.  On a high note, Mercury has a way of bringing about people, opportunities, ways of learning, etc. from our past.  Mercury in Sagittarius might also bring dreams and ideas from our past back around to be re-ignited.  With it all bring related to the growth factor of this sign, most of what pops up from our past will propel us into our next, more supportive evolution.

On a low note, Mercury Retrograde affects our communication, ability to get places, and the deliverability of messages.  Sagittarius is related to travel, especially long-distance, so don’t be surprised if it becomes more difficult to express yourself the farther away matters are.  Also be patient with packages ordered, especially from overseas, as things could get lost in transit.  Because Sagittarius is ruled by the largest planet in our galaxy, this is also an energy that deals with big, expensive, things.  It may be best to halt any pursuits around purchasing high-ticket items until Mercury goes direct or after January 2nd, if possible, once Mercury leaves the post-retrograde shadow.

When it comes to messages delivered, there could be mix-ups or misunderstandings.  Mercury has a way of making conversations tricky, and when we have Mercury in Sagittarius, the energy and enthusiasm we hold around communication could be misinterpreted.  Take extra caution around heated conversations, passionate explanations, or anything around debate.  Also avoid signing any contracts, if possible.  With Sagittarius energy focused around joy, it will be important to communicate what’s in your best interest.  Being so straightforward, however, may not be received by all the way you hope.  Use these next few weeks to continue to speak your truth, stand up for what you believe in, and orient around what makes YOU happy.  This Mercury Retrograde ends 10 days before Christmas.  Use the motivation to turn within NOW, so you are charged and ready for social obligations those last few weeks of the year.

We see the word “Joy” everywhere this time of year, but are you really embodying the happiness you try to help so many others experience?  I like to call Sagittarius the “Santa Clause” of the zodiac, due to their giving nature.  They typically hold no hesitations around spending on those thy love and care about, but they struggle to turn around and do the same to themselves.  They also love to set goals, but usually the end results involve elevating more than just themselves.  Sagittarius is a very independent energy, but it struggles to focus on itself in the present.  Known as The Cosmic Hunter/Huntress, they’re always planning ahead, while always working to be sustainable after lack in the past creates anxious stories.  The New Moon in Sagittarius on December 1st will encourage you to turn within and focus on yourself, no matter what sign you are.  If you’re a fire sign or a Sagittarius, you might feel motivated to be more selfish, for once!  Combine this with Mars going Retrograde in Leo on December 6th and Venus moving into Aquarius on December 7th, and we will ALL feel a pull to turn more within, shift the focus to what we desire, and start directing our energy wherever brings us more bliss, no matter what it is or where it takes us.  As much as Mercury Retrograde gets a bad reputation, It moves us within or blows us a different direction for a reason.  The elements are always working in our favor, if we believe it to be so.  Hold onto the faith that Sagittarius energy also likes to embody, no matter what happens during this season and then some.

Mars is the Planet of War, Work, and Taking Action.  A Mars Retrograde hopefully brings more peace, rest, and alternative ways of “working” or feeling productive.  Mars in Leo is usually assertive, forward-moving, spontaneous, and full of energy.  A Mars Retrograde in Leo may have us feeling less concerned with external matters, more forward-thinking, cautious, and leaning into more rest or time alone.  There may also be a need to be more exclusive with your energy and where, who, or what you exchange it with.  Mars in Leo loves to party and so does the Retrograde, but when spinning backwards the energy is more reserved for those in an inner circle.

This doesn’t mean that you won’t spend time interacting on the external.  Venus is Mars’ opposite, representing rest, beauty, and pleasure.  Venus in Aquarius sees a lot of aesthetic in the world and may want to experience a lot of things or people.  A Full Moon in Gemini and on the same day Mercury goes direct on December 15th, will bring social energy, no matter what.  Try to lean into obligations that match your frequency and try to have ways to set boundaries or limits around where you don’t truly want to be.  The air energy of Aquarius struggles with this, but a Full Moon gives you more courage to “let go” of what doesn’t serve.  Check in with your energy this Sagittarius Season and especially around the Gemini Moon.  Try your best to find balance with yourself or those you like when you’re forced to be with others you don’t necessarily want to exchange energy with elsewhere.

Another direct motion happens this season with Neptune, who has been spinning backwards in Pisces for quite some time.  Neptune is the ruling planet of Pisces, and when this planet starts moving forward with this sign on December 7th, there may be extra sensitive energy.  Of all of the times to be by yourself, try to carve out some time around this date so you aren’t easily triggered.  With this happening the same day as Venus moves into Aquarius, there may be an extra potent energy to also tap into our soul-driven dreams or just liminal spaces where we move beyond ego and human desire alone.  If you’ve been looking for more direction around your purpose, December 7th may be a day where you start to shift and feel more guided, clear, or more directed.

By the time we reach Capricorn season on December 21st, we should feel more focused on where we want to be in the next year.  Capricorn energy helps us ground into reality, both the one we are in now and the one we see in our mind’s visions.  Use this Sagittarius Season to fuel your ability to manifest by staying positive and staying focused.  Find balance between what you give and what you receive, even if it’s just you receiving more time with yourself.  Sagittarius energy has a way of helping us see through the darkness.  Whether it be a spark of joy in the depths of sorrows, a vision of hope in a time when all seems lost, or the support we need when we feel all alone, the energy of Sagittarius helps us find our light and help it glow.

Scorpio Season

October 22nd - November 21st, 2024

Scorpio Season is here, and it’s time to search within the darkness to see what we uncover.

This is a season of transformation, where we find the ability to dig up what’s been hidden beneath the surface, give it the space to breathe, and see what magick unfolds during the process.  Scorpio is a unique sign, because it embodies three different archetypes. First, there’s the scorpion—the most well-known and beginning “avatar” of this energy.   This relates to being low-lying, burrowing into the ground to hide and isolate when fearful, and lashing out with poison when provoked.  The next evolution of Scorpio energy is the eagle—a creature that has the ability to distance itself from situations, explore more freedom, and hold sight around what’s both behind and ahead.  This archetype maintains more moderation, but is quick to attack when need be.  The eagle chooses when it wants to cause damage and when it wants to soar higher.  It also chooses when it wants to socialize and mate, as well as when it needs to spend more time solo.  Finally, there’s the phoenix archetype.  This energy represents the ability to walk through the flames of challenge and come through on the other side both reborn and transformed.  This energy usually maintains more peace, because it has the tools, network, and support it needs.

Scorpios may experience one, two, or all archetypes in their lifetime, and we on the collective could also experience a variety of energies at this time, no matter what sign we are. Be mindful as you navigate life right now, as the shape-shifting energy could also be quite tricky to decipher. Mercury is in Scorpio along with the sun until November 2nd. Being the planet of communication, trade, and deception, don’t be surprised if many things come to the surface at this time around things like secret, illegal deals, secret meetings and exchanges, and secrets in general. (Hello Diddy scandal, for example!). When we find ourselves under the new moon on November 1st, which is also Dia de los Muertos & Samhain, we will definitely see things coming out of the shadows of our past and into our present attention.  Also don’t be surprised if things come up from “the dead”, considering Scorpio is related to the underworld.

The November Scorpio New Moon will be a “mini” or micro moon, and despite less lunar energy at the cosmic table than normal, the fact that the new moon is lining up on the first of the calendar month is quite auspicious. In fact, many of our next new moons will be happening around the end or first of the month, and this Scorpio New Moon is the initiation into us finding much more alignment with our magic within the modern day. I do believe as we get closer to this Age of Aquarius, we are going to find ourselves in a much more magical world. In fact, once Pluto, Scorpio’s ruling planet, officially shifts this season into Aquarius on November 19th, it’ll be even more normal to gravitate towards the witchy, the weird, and the woo. Go get a Tarot reading, start using your crystals, dive into the world of Astrology, or let your curiosity take you into whatever mystical world you desire!  Scorpio season is always a time to get a little spooky and believe in more than we can see. Lean into this concept over the next few weeks and let it continue to linger with you even when Scorpio season is no longer here. Remember, we are in autumn, but we are also still in a planting season. Whatever you have seeded during this recent eclipse portal will start to either unfurl and grow, or wither and die. It all depends on the energy you apply. As we move into darker times, can you continue to hold onto the light you cultivate inside? Can you continue to hold faith around what you want to manifest?  Can you believe that you always have the magic to make things happen?  With both Mercury and Venus in Sagittarius throughout a good portion of this Scorpio season, we possess a lot more positivity than normal. Don’t be surprised if you become spontaneously inspired to make something happen or if you all of a sudden find yourself working on a new desire. The fire of Sagittarius has a way of waking us up to what will truly brings us joy, and both Mercury and Venus will help us prioritize our personal energy around what it takes to find this happiness.  We will also have the energy of action-taking Mars in fiery Leo starting November 2nd and one day after the new moon, bringing even more encouragement to pursue what we want to go after. There is a lot of magic in this Scorpio season, for sure! Don’t let it pass you by.

Also be careful not to take things too seriously over the next few weeks. Scorpio energy has a tendency to draw us into the depths of the darkness, and the fixed water it holds causes us to be a lot more moody than usual. We also have emotionally-ruled Venus moving into stern, cold-natured Capricorn on November 11th, making it harder for us to express ourselves fully. Mix in Saturn going direct in watery Pisces on November 15th along with a full supermoon in earthy Taurus, and it may be difficult to find ourselves on stable ground. Remember, Scorpio energy tends to isolate, and Taurus, its celestial opposite, also prefers to spend time alone when in their feels. It will be important towards the end of Scorpio season to not bottle anything up or hold yourself back from fully expressing. If you go into the beginning of Sagittarius season on November 21st not completely owning up to who you are, including the emotional and dark sides, you will find yourself in a possible state of blissful ignorance and denial that prevents you from doing the actual spiritual and emotional work you need to in order to get to the next level.  The shift from Pluto in Capricorn to Aquarius on November 19th will cause a major tug of war between your old and new selves. Don’t let the external take control. Do your best to maintain yourself and your energy, so you’re ready for the 20 year shift coming ahead around who and what holds your power.

One of the best ways to align with this season is through exploration of what may not be able to be explained.  This may be a time where hard data and facts don’t matter as much as feelings.  Let your intuition and your inner senses guide your journey, at least for now.  Also make sure to keep your sexual energy flowing.  Scorpio is heavily related to the Kundalini and the concept of Tantra, as well as the taboo.  Sexual connection, exploration, and creativity can also be healing.  Remember, orgasm is a release, too!  However you approach the next few weeks, stay as fluid as possible.  Bottling things up right now will not serve you.  In order to truly heal any of our wounds, we must learn to break down, open up, and let what’s stuck move through.

Libra Season

September 22nd - October 22nd, 2024

Libra Season has arrived, but it won’t be the usual season of peace we’re used to.

This time around she brings a full solar eclipse, urging us to embrace closure.  She also brings in a time of deep decision-making, whether we want to make choice right now or not.  Eclipses always bring us to a crossroads.  This particular Libra Season could give you the opportunity to form new bonds, but may also lead you to break others.  The next few weeks could bring about great change, but only if you want it to.  Free will always comes into the equation.  The choices will be up to.

No matter what happens in your life this season, you decide how you react to it.  Libra energy wants you to follow your heart in all circumstances, so make sure you pay attention to how you feel as you navigate the journey ahead.  If something comes along your way and it feels good in your heart, lean into it.  However, if something or someone shows up and it leaves you feeling “off”, it probably is.  As new or recurring choices come your way this Libra season, make sure to trust how you feel.  With air ruling the energy, one of the easiest ways is to gauge with your breath.  If you can breathe into a situation, it’s probably right.  If something feels like it’s holding you back from deep, peaceful breathing, it probably will continue to in the future.  Trust in your senses.  They know more than you realize.

In addition to the annular solar eclipse, there are other cosmic transits worth paying attention to this Libra season.  Mercury enters Libra on September 26th and will dance within the sign of the scales for nearly 3 weeks before moving onto Scorpio.  During this time you may feel more inclined to express how you feel to those you care about.  You may also find yourself either more artistically expressive or craving creative ventures.  Some of these qualities may be out of your norm.  Having Mercury in Libra during an eclipse portal may help you uncover facets of yourself you didn’t know before, especially with Venus entering mysterious Scorpio on the same day that Libra Season begins.  With both Venus and Libra controlling relationship, you may also find your connections and energetic exchanges tricky to navigate.  Mercury can be full of surprises, even when direct.  When he dances with the same energy as the eclipse, there’s bound to be some surprises show up around people you thought you knew.

This Libra season brings things to light so we can make necessary adjustments.  We only have 6 more months with the eclipse series of Aries-Libra, and once we find ourselves with another full eclipse 6 months from now, we could also find ourselves resolving any situations that didn’t work out right now.  We also have Jupiter, the planet of Joy, Fortune, and Fun going retrograde within a week of the eclipse in the sign of Gemini.  Don’t be surprised if this Libra season brings more endings to relationships than beginnings.  Pluto will go Direct one day after Jupiter starts its backwards journey, and both transits encourage us to find deeper relationship with ourself.  This is all in preparation for the Full Moon in selfish Aries arising on October 17th.  This moon will bring us out of the eclipse season, but will still hold onto the concept of new beginnings.  Aries is the first sign of the zodiac.  Don’t be surprised if you find yourself on the other side of the Aries moon a completely different person.  If you aren’t there fully, you’ll likely be headed in a different direction than you have been previously on the other side.

Venus will also shift on October 17th into fire-ruled Sagittarius.  This is the sign of the cosmic goal and truth-seeker, and you will probably find yourself under the Aries full moon very focused toward where you want to get, no matter what's going on around you.  There may also be a more independent nature to the energy, as both Aries and Sagittarius prefer to do things more on their own.  Again, this isn’t your typical Libra season!  While it’s usually a time to focus on what may have been lost over the summer, this year’s season says “good bye and good riddance” to anything that didn’t support our heart’s highest vibration.  Hold onto this new life with space and potential if you’ve spent the past year letting go.  Remember, last year we ALSO had an eclipse in Libra, and it set the scene for everything that’s been playing out to this point.  Use this Libra season to decide what and who you want to keep around for your future.  Your heart’s desires should be all you are paying attention to, for now.

Virgo Season

August 22nd - September 22nd, 2024

Virgo Season is officially here, and it’s time to ground back into our earthly, human reality.

This is the sign of The Cosmic Perfectionist, but everything will likely be anything but this time around.  Mercury is still retrograde in Leo until August 28th, and its post shadow will linger until September 11th.  With Mercury naturally ruling Virgo, we may navigate challenging times ahead.  We also still have Chiron retrograde, Virgo’s modern-day ruler, and we may find ourselves facing our triggers or going to battle with old wounds while this asteroid spins backwards in Aries.  Thankfully, Virgo’s energy arises after a fire season (Leo), because they enjoy calming down the chaos.  It may take more time than usual this season, but you should slowly fall back into a more organized life one step at a time.

Our first nudge to align arrives on August 26th, when Ceres, the asteroid representing mothering, nurturing energy, goes direct in Capricorn.  Having Ceres move direct with an earth sign during earth-ruled Virgo encourages us to really “work” on our human self.  We may start to feel more of a need to focus on our health, our energetic alignment, and our wellness in a variety of ways.  Virgo energy is hyper-focused on the human body, and their constant strive for perfectionism will encourage you to live as purely as you can.  When Mercury goes direct on August 28th, we will feel even more of a pull to find energetic harmony.  This planet rules our throat chakra, where the impurities of dis-ease are detoxified.  If something is out of balance with your health, it may show up around this time.  Listen to your body’s signals when they make themselves known.  You are being told to pay attention to yourself for a reason.

One day after Mercury goes direct, Venus will enter Libra on August 29th.  Both compliment each other, and when the planet of yin, the feminine, and aesthetic aligns in its ruling sign of Venus, your focus will shift to beautifying your life.  When this happens in Virgo season, you will feel a need to clean up any messes you’re been avoiding.  Communication should start to clear up around this time with Mercury’s direct motion.  If you’ve witnessed toxicity build up between you and someone else over the past month or 2, now is the time to address what is stealing your joy.  Get clear, set boundaries, and say what you need to say now.  Virgo energy has a way of helping us be clear and direct in our messages.

Our throat chakra also represents honesty, and this season may be a time when you get more truthful with yourself.  The energy of Leo has ruled us for quite some time, and The Cosmic Lion encourages us to be playful, curious, spontaneous, and without structure.  As much as this life is meant to be enjoyed, we know that a life without structure is not sustainable.  Virgo is the last season of summer, and it is time to prepare for colder times ahead.  The fall is a time when we usually see things like property taxes arrive, or maybe we take note of home repairs that need to be made before winter.  In the cold months of winter, we must be prepared for survival.  We must also keep a priority on our health, as it is usually more challenged during those times.  The season of Virgo initiates us into the mindset of preparedness.  This sign is all about making lists and writing it down on the calendar so they won’t forget.  It’s an energy that loves to make plans and keeping on track with predictability.  By the time we reach the New Moon in Virgo on September 2nd, we may really feel the call to start writing things down and becoming more organized.  New moon portals are a time of shift and planning.  Use the energy to start arranging your life into the order you want for the colder seasons.

*If you are in the Southern Hemisphere and preparing for your spring and summer, it is still a time to plan!  Thaw yourself out from the slower times of winter and start getting yourself into a supportive schedule and a healthy routine.  Maybe plan out your summer goals, travel, or what you want to plant, both physically and spiritually.  Both the seasons of spring and autumn are perfect for starting things anew!  Take time now to think about what you want to reap on the other side of the next 6 months, and start making the plans to get there.

The Virgo new moon portal may also bring you into an opportunity to do things differently.  Uranus will go retrograde in Capricorn just one day before the new moon on September 1st, helping us to work smarter instead of harder.  This is the planet of innovation and revolution, so don’t be surprised if you come up with new ideas on how to operate or you come across ways to make things easier.  Pluto Retrograde also enters Capricorn on the same day, giving you the ability to stay in control of how you choose to move forward.  This planet has been spinning backwards since the beginning of May in Uranus’s ruling sign of Aquarius, inspiring us to take back our freedom and “reinvent the wheel” of how we’re currently steering.  When the shift back into Capricorn occurs on September 1st, the power will really be in our hands to realign with our true purpose and destiny.  You might want to look at your MC on your chart to see where you should specifically focus, as you will likely need to shift into whatever energies this placement holds.

Although we will migrate further and further away from the selfish energy of Leo throughout Virgo season, there is still a focus on self that remains top priority.  Virgo is named after the word “virgin”, which once meant someone who was “whole unto themself”.  It was someone who could not be tempted or swayed by others, and was typically someone seen as more “pure”.  Virgins of the past were usually temple dwellers or those in the priestesshood/priesthood, who lived a less toxic life.  As you move through this Virgo season, you will feel the need to get back to yourself and the pureness you can embody.  Ceres direct motion at the beginning of Virgo season already helps you to balance the focus between nurturing yourself and taking care of others.  Mars may help you more on September 4th, when the planet enters Cancer and inspires us to spend more time at home or coming back into the “home” of our body.  When Mercury enters Virgo on September 9th, direct this time, we will want to get direct around boundaries with our wellness and the choices we make to stay in harmony.  On the Full Moon and Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on September 17th, you will feel ready to release anything standing in the way of your peace, alignment, and emotional equanimity.  Pay extra attention to how you work with the energy.  Although this is only a partial eclipse, it still brings a potent power to help you completely clear anything that may be standing in the way of your dreams.  It may also be a time to release anything robbing you of actual sleep.  Pisces is the sign of The Cosmic Dreamer, and the Virgo sun opposing the Pisces moon will help illuminate any changes you can make to find more relaxation.  The throat chakra processes anything that isn’t eliminated by the root chakra.  When our first energy center is open and healthy, which is reflected in a state of rest and healthy sleep, the throat chakra can focus on expression of creativity and feeling in a healthy way.  It is all related.  As you navigate this throat-ruled season of Virgo, give yourself permission to prioritize what brings you the most relief and inner peace.  Whether it be more stillness, more artistry, or more communication, this season will give you the energy to bring through what you have been holding back.  By the time you reach Libra season on September 22nd, you should feel more open and expressive.  Virgo energy loves to chip away at things bit by bit.  Use this season to envision the details of where you are trying to go and who you are trying to become, then take things one step at a time as you work to get there.

Leo Season

July 22nd - August 22nd, 2024

Leo Season has officially arrived, bringing the element of fire with full force.

As the Cosmic Lion starts to rule the sun, we also have Mercury and Venus in Leo, while the North Node and Chiron are in fiery Aries.  Meanwhile, Jupiter and Mars are in airy Gemini, fanning the current flames even higher.  With Mercury currently in its pre-retrograde shadow, tricky times are ahead.  Be patient when interacting with others, and expect the unexpected.  Leo Season is always a time when things get shaken up!

Part of this is due to the Aquarian Full Moon that rises during a Leo cycle.  This year we’ll meet up with this moon just 3 days before Virgo Season begins, helping us to shift our perspective and perhaps make a different move before leaning into the organized, methodical nature of The Cosmic Perfectionist.  We will preview this energy on July 25th, just 3 days into Leo season, when Mercury shifts into Virgo.  We will want to be more clear when we communicate, and we might feel the need to become more technologically sound.  Use this time before the actual Mercury Retrograde happening on August 5th to digitally declutter, get your files in order, and make sure that all agreements have come to terms.  When we have a Mercury Retrograde in Leo, things can get very exciting, but not always in the supportive way of work or structure.  Tread lightly throughout this Leo season, and embrace the spontaneous nature the Lion holds, so you don’t feel let down, disappointed, and knocked on the ground when things don’t go as expected.

Chiron goes retrograde on July 26th, joining the backwards party with Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and the North Node.  This asteroid is known as “The Wounded Healer,” and displays the traumas and emotional triggers we may navigate in this life.  When Chiron goes retrograde, we are encouraged to go within and heal the wounds ourselves, best we can.  Leo energy is known for being selfish.  Use this season to give more attention to yourself and your subtle energy body, so you can tend to what needs to be healed.  Leo energy also enjoys a good party by nature.  Each time you find your own internal victory with your shadow work, take time off from the spiritual focus to give yourself credit and celebrate.

It will also be important for you to take time off, in general, this season.  One thing about fire energy, is it tends to burn and burn!  Leos have a tendency to burn out from doing too much.  Whether it be physically or emotionally, this sign has a nature to go hard, and you might feel the same right now.  Be careful with how you approach life over the next few weeks, and make sure to find balance and moderation along the way.  The Full Blue Buck Moon in Capricorn rising just one day before Leo season reminds us to get “Buck Wild” for sure, but to also hold structure and balance around it all.  As much as the lion loves to hunt and mate and party at night, they prefer to nap and rest during the day.  For every external interaction you have this season, make sure you have equal time with yourself to recuperate.

There is also encouragement to simply allow things to come our way right now.  The alpha lion lets others do the hunting and fighting for him.  If you find yourself in pressured situations, maybe take a step back and let your guides, guardians, angels, and ancestors do the work for you.  Same if you find yourself working with resistance.  With so many planets retrograde, it might feel difficult to move forward, make change, or see full progress right now.  Be patient and stay elevated in your frequency.  There is a lot still playing out in motion and so much more to come with this year.

Venus enters Virgo on August 4th along with a Leo New Moon, and encourages us to get back to aligning with the lunar phases/cycles and our truest nature.  If your ability to manifest hasn’t been as potent lately, perhaps you need to get back into the rhythms of your regular spiritual practices.  The New Moon Portal at the beginning of August will give you the opportunity to check yourself and get back on track, while still incorporating a healthy balance of work and rest.  Virgo’s nature is to take things one logical step at a time, and Mercury’s Retrograde in Virgo will help you to slow down and be more analytical.  Just be careful around that last week of Leo season, when backwards Mercury shifts into the sign of the Lion and the full moon shines under Aquarian vibes.  Things might get weird as we wrap up the end of this Leo season, so don’t be surprised at what plays out.  There will likely be polarities and tug-of-war sensations as you try to figure out where to direct your energy.  The more your prioritize your center leading up to these events, the easier it will be to shift over when Virgo Season arrives on August 22nd.

Cancer Season

June 20th - July 22nd, 2024

Cancer Season arrives late this afternoon, bringing with it the season of summer and the midpoint of the year.

The Cosmic Crab also starts its cosmic journey along with a Full Moon in Capricorn, which will arrive the next day.  Cancer energy is all about parenting, nurturing, and the home, while Capricorn embodies work, career, and being am independent boss.  This will be an interesting opposition to navigate, because Neptune also opposes the MC (Medium Coeli) with this full moon, pushing even more energy into the merging of our magical dreams and what we do for a living.  Remember those times when you had a parent, teacher, or other figure of importance tell you that you could do anything you wanted to do and be anyone you wanted to be?  This is that moon coming back around to remind you of your potential.

We harness the potential of our future and fuel it into our reality with Mars in Taurus at the beginning of this Cancer season, encouraging us to work toward the material things we desire as much as what we want and need for stability.  We also still have Venus and Jupiter in Gemini until mid-July encouraging us to explore the ideas of our mind, the creativity of our energetic womb, and the paths of both pleasure and learning we’ve been wanting to dive into.

On June 29th, Saturn will go retrograde in Pisces, adding to the emotional water Cancer season already brings.  When we experience Saturn retrograde, we are usually given an opportunity to review how we’ve set up our karma so far.  You might find yourself looking back on challenges you’ve traversed through or battles that you’ve fought and either lost or won.  Use this time of reflection to harness gratitude for where you are now.  If you find yourself navigating tension rather than memories this season, know that Saturn is positioning you to evolve in this very time!  Trust in the process, dive deep into where you need to go, and lean into the transformation of who you are becoming.

While the June side of Cancer season will be less eventful, July brings plenty of cosmic action to make up for it.  On July 2nd Neptune will enter the retrograde party also in Pisces, helping us to turn within and focus more on our dreams, our magical gifts, and the connection we have with our spirituality.  Mercury also enters Leo on the same day, helping us to better express our heartfelt desires, core beliefs, and authentic truth.  There may also be an opportunity to step into the spotlight or grab more attention than normal.  Use this to your advantage!  If you’ve been needing more focus on YOU, the first of July will be the most supportive time for this shift.

On July 5th you’ll have even more opportunity to set your standard.  The New Moon in Cancer arrives that evening to help you get in touch with both your emotions and the direction you are heading.  A Cancer New Moon will encourage a sort of self-parenting, and the first week of July will be dedicated to helping you find your way.  Another representation of Cancer energy is the home.  If you’ve been straying too far from who you truly are, this Cancer season will have a way of reigning you back in.  Use the portal and the beginning of the next lunar cycle to create safe spaces for both emotional processing and creative flow, and give yourself permission to be who you are in your fullest expression.

On July 9th, Pallas moves direct in Scorpio after spinning backwards for the past four months and having us question how we approach everything in life.  This is an asteroid representing our strategic approaches, problem-solving abilities, and how we apply the wisdom we’ve gained in this life.  With this cosmic body going direct within close timing of Saturn going retrograde, it’s time to really integrate the lessons we’ve gained and the wisdom we’ve grown to embody.  Combine all of this with the motherly energy of Cancer season, and it’s almost like we’re getting pushed out of the nest!  In many cases, this season will teach us that we have learned our lessons, healed our wounds, and now it’s time to fly.

You will feel more encouragement to go out on your own as the lunar cycle unfolds.  On July 11th, Venus will enter Leo’s cosmic space, where she is also now expressing more boldly as evening star.  This gives us more of an independent nature and perhaps even a rebellious spark to let our wild side out.  Don’t be surprised if you feel the need to roar out, engage in hunter/huntress-like pursuits, or explore a little pounce, romp, and play.  Venus in Leo is playful by nature, but alpha by character.

As we wrap up the season of The Cosmic Crab, we will continue to become more freedom-seeking and outwardly.  Mars enters Gemini on July 20th, helping us to be more communicative about how we need to operate to be most efficient and successful.  Mars in Gemini also helps us to find both our professional side and our playful personality, encouraging that Venus in Leo that’s already coming through.  The Full "Blue" Moon in Capricorn on July 21st will also push us to take a break from the usual grind or hustle.  I love how this full moon always arrives in the middle of summer, in a time when our modern-day society tends to take vacations or a more leisurely stroll throughout life.  As someone with a Capricorn moon and a Sagittarius Stellium, I work hard on my goals when I’m aiming at something, and many times I refuse to stop until I see the finish line.  However, My Libra Sun and Leo Rising encourage me to stop and smell the roses, take a break for creativity, and let my inner child play and explore.  It creates both a balance and an opposition that I feel represents the energy we will navigate under that full moon portal.  Capricorn is the hardest working sign of the zodiac, but also represents the very independent, self-sufficient nature of a mature human operating in this world.  Cancer is the Cosmic Mother, who tells us to slow down and rest every once in awhile, for they have been there and they now know better.  Saturn, who also comes into play deeply in this Cancer season, is sometimes represented as fatherly energy in the zodiac, as well as “Father Time”.  While spinning retrograde, he reminds us that life is short and far too precious to spend in work constantly.  Full Moons are a time of letting go.  As the Full “Buck” Moon in Capricorn rises one day before Leo season begins, we are encouraged to let loose and get a little “buck wild”.  With it being a "Blue" Capricorn Moon, or the second full moon of the zodiac month in the same sign of Capricorn, we are reminded to prioritize mini vacations on a more regular basis.  If we didn't take time off on the solstice weekend under the first Capricorn moon, we may even be forced Divinely into more down time underneath the second full moon portal.  With it being in an earth sign, this could mean. physical issues with your body or challenges with wellness.  Don't get yourself into a position where The Universe makes you figure out what's important!  Use this season to find balance between the work and effort, as well as pleasure and play.  There is a permission this summer to be more in our element or joy than usual.  Don’t hold yourself back from the true bliss you could be experiencing.

Gemini Season

May 20th - June 20th, 2024

It’s GEMINI Season, and it’s time to lighten up!

We’ve been traversing some INTENSE energy, with a lot of Aries fire influencing a sense of boldness and bravery amongst the collective.  Whether you’ve been triggered or the one ready to battle, the energy has been audacious, to say the least, and now Gemini enters the cosmic room to fan the flames in a different direction.  This is a mutable air sign, helping us to move our energy from our mouth to our mind.  While we can still have our words get us into trouble this season (Geminis like to gossip!), there won’t be as much spontaneity to let things out as abruptly as before.

Gemini is The Cosmic Mirror, bringing in a need for reflection and introspection before taking action.  This is also a time when we can spend TOO much time in our mind, so be careful of your thoughts.  Gemini energy loves to analyze data, but sometimes they become too much of a sleuth in their own mystery case to solve, plotting over numerous scenarios in their head that may never even come true.  There is also the air element to take into account, which has no limits.  A Gemini can spend all day in their head if they want to!  While this can have its benefits when it comes to figuring things out or coming up with new concepts, it can also waste a lot of energy and cause a lot of disconnection.

Despite living in the clouds, Gemini energy is actually quite social.  This is the last zodiac season of spring, when the sun is peaking, nature is scurrying about, and the flowers are blooming all around us.  Prana is alive and well in the northern hemisphere, and we even call the prana-filled Full Moon of this time the “Flower Moon” in many Indigenous traditions.  Whether you’re a Gemini, an air sign, or something else, we will all feel the need to spend more time interacting with the fresh air of these times.  If you find yourself spending too much time stewing over something, or harboring a lot of unnecessary anxious energy, it might be time to go for a walk, catch a flight, or just take a deep breath and clear everything out.

Speaking of catching a flight, you might be prone to travel close rather than far away.  Gemini energy enjoys exploration, but usually within a closer vicinity to home.  This is because they fall right before Cancer season, the actual energy of the home, and that energy of comfort pulls into Gemini’s airspace.  Over the next few weeks you might want to spend your weekends taking quick trips within a few hours travel, take a day-trip to explore a new place you’ve heard about, or you may just want to take a “staycation” with a different perspective like camping in the backyard.  Also make sure to spend an equal balance between yourself and with friends.

Speaking of camping, your urge to “rough it” or become more resourceful and sustainable with may start to arise quickly into this Gemini Season.  Just 3 days after we begin our Gemini journey, we find ourselves under a Sagittarius Full Moon, bringing in a sense of independence and “I can do it” attitude.  You may find yourself inspired to learn a new skill or find a new subject to study.  Venus, The Planet of Pleasure, also moves into Gemini the same day as the full moon, making sure that whatever you do, you enjoy.  Both Sagittarius and Gemini energy love to learn.  On the other hand, you may find yourself stepping into a mentorship position.  Sagittarius energy is known as The Cosmic Professor and Gemini is known as The Cosmic Teacher.  You may fall into one of these categories as you explore this cosmic season.  Jupiter, The Planet of Growth and Expansion enters Gemini on May 25th and will be there until next year’s 2025 Gemini Season. Whatever you do now in the realms of study and teaching could result in BIG shifts!  Jupiter is also our planet of joy.  Whatever you decide to put your time and energy in order to challenge your mind right now, make sure you have fun doing it.

In the early hours of June 3rd, Mercury will enter the Gemini party, bringing possible advancements or changes with technology, social media, trade, and, again, short-range travel.  I keep telling everyone I need to upgrade my phone and now that Mercury is fully Direct, I plan to.  But, I also know with the astrology at hand that the moment I DO upgrade, new models and features will be released that I miss out on!  Fortunately, I avoid the latest and greatest on anything, as I was born in a post-Mercury-retrograde shadow, and I tend to have a lot of hiccups with technology!  Just know that between Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, The Sun, and The Moon all in Gemini that first week of June, there will likely be some fancy gadgets and ways of communicating coming out on the market!  Speaking of market, there will also be some interesting shifts in the stock market, in the worlds of crypto and NFTs, and maybe even more than we can imagine currently!

The New Moon in Gemini on June 6th will be all about preparing to adapt to the changes coming.  Also known as The Cosmic Twins, Gemini carries an energy that influences us to see both sides.  This is why they spend so much time in contemplation.  A Gemini likes to see all perspectives, angles, and as many of the ‘ins and outs” that they can!  As the world starts to shift in the way it operates, we may find ourselves adapting to something during this Gemini season, or over the next year with that Jupiter pushing us to grow.  Either way, embrace the changes and breathe through any frustrations in the learning curves.  Gemini energy gives you the capabilities to figure it out!

You will also have a desire to make your mind more applicable around the middle of this Gemini Season, because Mars enters into Taurus on June 9th and makes us want to “work with our hands”.  If you’ve had an idea you’ve wanted to act on, or something you’ve wanted to create/bring through, this will be a good time to start putting your efforts toward it.  Taurus energy is very fertile, and the earth element it brings helps you to make things happen.  This will also be in that waxing moon phase, giving you extra motivation to get the job done.  Just make sure to give yourself a break around the 17th of June, when Venus enters Cancer and emphasizes the importance of nurtering ourselves.  Mercury also enters Cancer on the same day, helping us to express our emotional needs and get real with ourselves when it comes to how we actually prioritize self-care. Remember, air and fire, create MORE fire, and between the Sagittarius Full Moon, the general Gemini air, and the waxing fire of the moon after that Gemini New Moon, we may need some time to RECOVER!  All I can see is a tornado of fire when it comes to that energy!  It can either be REALLY chaotic and destructive, or it can clear a path that we didn’t even know we needed!  Either way, there will be a lot of FORCE behind these winds of change blowing!  The initiation to take care of ourselves happens early, and we’ll fully enter the season of Cancer on June 20th feeling even more of a need to mother.  Over the next few weeks, find the balance between self and other, between self and “other-self,” and work to breathe while the wind blows you wherever you need to go!

Taurus Season

April 19th - May 20th, 2024

Taurus season is HERE, and it’s time to ground in!

This is not only because Taurus is the first earth sign of the zodiac and fixed earth energy, but because big shifts and massive growth is on the horizon this spring and summer!  We need to be stable, balanced, and READY!

We start off with the big energy right away as Jupiter and Uranus move into conjunction together in Taurus on the last day of Aries season and becoming exact with their conjunction on April 20th—the first full day of Taurus season.  Although this zodiacal shift actually happened at 9am CST on April 19th, there was still some Aries energy lingering in the air.   On April 20th the sign of the Cosmic Bull will take charge in full force as the bull does.  Get ready for the shift by leaning more towards your bullish nature, but don’t forget the softer side.  We can hold boundaries with peace and make choices without the need to engage in conflict around any external misunderstandings.  Just like any sign brings a little bit of the previous sign’s energy into it, Taurus still sometimes embodies that selfish nature of Aries.  I like to call Taurus the “CEO of The Zodiac”.  You will feel a need to take more charge and control over your life during the next few weeks.

At the same time of this conjunction, Pluto will quickly square off with the sun, giving us a strong urge to step back into our power and regain control or anything we have lost.  Get ready to really feel that Taurus pull to stand your ground!

Jupiter and Uranus will help you with this ownership expansion.  Uranus is The Planet of Rebellion and Revolution and Jupiter is The Planet of Expansion and Growth.  Throughout this conjunction, you will feel a higher calling to step into your power, for the sake of your personal evolutionary transformation.  The particular energy to do so will be available through May 5th.  Uranus is also the planet of Innovation and Jupiter is The Planet of Fortune & Joy.  With this all happening in earthly, material Taurus, you might come up with an idea on how to expand your wealth or how to do more of what brings you joy.  You may also become more financially supported to live your life in the way you want to!

In addition to receiving the insights you may need in order to move forward or up, you may also find the people you need this season.  On April 21st at 11:58pm CST, Juno, the asteroid representing partnerships, finances, and emotional connections goes Direct in 13 degrees Sagittarius.  This is also the sign ruled by Jupiter, adding to that expansive energy already fueled by the conjunction with Uranus.  Despite these alignments, I would still take caution on making any official agreements, forming any business partnerships, or making any commitments.  Mercury is still retrograde until the morning of April 25th, and its post-retrograde shadow will last pretty much until May 1st.  This will interfere with Taurus season’s usual nature of being quiet and add a chattiness to the air.  Don’t be surprised if your mind, spirit guides, and more want to communicate to you and through you right now.  Uranus will want to light up your mind in different ways, Jupiter will want you to broaden your horizons and explore beyond your borders, and Mercury can help you listen to where it is you need to go.  Mix in a Full Moon in mystical magickal Scorpio on April 23rd, and you are destined this season to explore the things you’re feeling metaphysically.  As much as Taurus is represented by the bull, they are also ruled by Venus.  Give yourself permission to learn into your softer, more open side, expansive side over the next few weeks.

Venus actually enters Taurus on April 29th, and with Mars moving into its ruling sign of Aries one day after on April 30th, the energy could go either way.  On the lower side, this combination of Aries and Venus energy could create conflict, volatility, and separation.  On the high side, this merging of the masculine and feminine in the most fertile season could create great potential for growth and production.  It’s all up to how we dance with what plays out!  We are always in control.

As if the April side of Taurus season wasn’t enough, there’s even more to come in May!  On May 2, Pluto goes retrograde in Aquarius.  After squaring off first with the sun and challenging our ego, this new shift will cause us to look within and challenge ourselves.  Aquarius is innovative, eccentric, and revolutionary.  Pluto is all about power, rebirth, control, and resurrection.  This transit will last until October 11th, and in the fall the retrograde will shift into Capricorn.  For now, the Aquarian vibe encourages us to spend more time in the thinking mind rather than taking action.  Pluto is our slowest moving planet and this retrograde will give us time to ponder over different scenarios in our mind and philosophize the concepts and intentions our energy is fueling.  This retrograde will be a time of thinking about how we can regain more sovereignty in our lives, and with the initiation coming from Taurus this time around, there will be a calling to spend a lot more time in solitude.  Our energy is the most valuable/invaluable resource we have, and when we have control of how we exchange it and manage our time, we truly stand in our power.

On May 7th, you’ll have the opportunity to really infuse your efforts with true seeded lunar intention.  The New Moon in Taurus is sometimes known as “The Money Moon,” and it gives you a powerful opportunity to really claim what you desire in this world and in this lifetime.  We will also just be shifting out of the Uranus/Jupiter conjunction, positioning you to be more open and expansive with the reality you can create and receive.  Don’t hold back on the Taurus new moon!  Dream big and make sure to write it down, so it becomes more of a reality.  With Pluto retrograde in Aquarius happening at the same time, you are being given the scepter of power to create anything you can imagine!

One week into the Taurus lunar cycle, Ceres will also go retrograde.  Symbolizing nurturing and sustenance, this shift will occur  between 21 and 7 degrees of Capricorn, causing us to re-evaluate how we are taken care of in our professional lives.  If we work for ourselves, we will be called to look at the sustainability of our efforts.  Overall, it is a time to check in and see if what we are working toward is perpetuating our growth and expansion, or is it to the detriment of our fertility.  Just like Pluto retrograde, this transit will last for some time.  From May 15th through August 11th, Ceres will spin backwards, causing us to really prioritize this summer what supports our joy and vitality.  With the push into motion happening in Taurus season (another earth sign like Capricorn), we are encouraged to ground into this focus with strong force and will.  When it comes to the nature of your happiness, wellness, and inner harmony, it is time to get bullish about what you truly need.  Also don’t hold yourself back from telling others these priorities.  Mercury enters Taurus on May 15th, seeding your throat chakra with the power it needs to open and express what is ok and not ok moving forward.

Another asteroid, Pallas, also goes retrograde in Taurus season just one day after the Ceres retrrograde begins.  This asteroid connects to strategic planning and wisdom, and with it coinciding with Ceres retrograde there is a push to ask ourselves to truly contemplate how we are behaving.  Scorpio always asks us to look within, and with this sign ruling Pallas retrograde we will have to dive deep and ask ourselves some hard truths.  When it comes to what we are doing, are we paying too much or giving too much to the distractions of this 3D holographic, external world?  If so, this will not only pull us away from our own self-care, but it will also keep us from going into the deeper spiritual practices we also need.  On the other hand, are we too deep within our own hermit bubble, separating us from the external and our potentially supportive network?  If so, this retrograde along with Ceres spinning backward will invite us back into a space of balance.  With all of this starting during Taurus season, we are now called to find the harmony between giving and receiving, doing and non-doing, spending time on others and spending time on ourselves, etc.  The more we find this inner harmony, the more overall guidance and eventual alchemy we will experience.

By the time we enter Gemini season on May 20th, we should feel more of a foundation in who we are and where we are headed.  This will be good for us, because Gemini energy can be a bit distracting and all over!  This Taurus season focus on truly stabilizing, so you can discover your core truths and stand your ground in who you want to become.

Aries Season

March 19th -  April 19th, 2024

We have just shifted into Aries season, the first sign of the zodiac.

The energy is transmuting from water to fire, yet Pisces energy still lingers and rules the lunar cycle until April 8th.  Take advantage of this gradual buildup of energy.  By the time we reach the next New Moon we will find ourselves under a total solar eclipse ruled by The Cosmic Warrior, giving us 6 cosmic bodies in total under the rule of Cardinal Fire.  Anytime we experience a solar eclipse we get a “flash” of light that represents a glimpse into both our past and our future.  These are portals of karmic opportunity for us to continue learning where we are or choose to level up.  And with Aries energy ruling this eclipse cycle we are bound to move forward swiftly and intentionally toward whatever direction we choose.  Get ready for things to happen in a moment’s notice!  Aries energy loves spontaneity!

We’ve already been introduced to this energy with the shift of Mercury into Aries one day after the New Moon in Pisces.  This brought more assertiveness to our communication skills and more ability to execute how we need to express ourselves.  We might have also felt a need to upgrade our technology, look into trade and finances, or simply navigate digital realms in a different way.

We will continue to feel a need for change as we move further into this season, especially with 2 eclipses on the rise!  On March 25th at 2am CST we will experience a Full Moon and Penumbral Eclipse in 5 degrees of Libra, illuminating any issues around relationships, harmony, cooperation/collaboration, balance, justice, and fairness.  Usually a lunar eclipse focuses more on the emotional aspect of things, so pay attention to how you feel around your energetic exchanges at this time.  If anything feels out of alignment, it is.  Use the two weeks after the full moon to make adjustments accordingly, so you have the energy you need once the New Moon in Aries and Total Solar Eclipse arrives on April 8th!

This season also gives us 2 retrogrades to navigate.

On March 29th Pallas turned retrograde, encouraging us to navgiate our deepest belief systems.  Typically, Pallas represents our ability to use past wisdom in order to strategize how to fight for our truths.  When this cosmic body is in retrograde, we are being called to find out what we are truly fighting for.  From the end of March through July 10th, pay extra special attention to what you believe and why you believe it.  With the initiation of this quest happening in eclipse season, I do believe we also have the opportunity to switch our our truth to “the other side” or an entirely different direction.  I also find it interesting that this is happening during an election year in North America and during heightened political times globally.  Things are about to get VERY interesting!

If all of this wasn’t enough, Mercury goes Retrograde on April 1st in Aries!  It’s no April Fools!  Take extra caution as you navigate conversations, and be sure to be mindful of your triggers.  Also try to embrace patience as much as possible.  Mercury Retrograde is not a time to make decisions!  If you have something big you’re working toward, it’s best to take a pause throughout the month of April.  Although Mercury goes direct on the 25th, there will still be a post-shadow period to navigate where things may be wonky.  By the time we arrive into Beltane/May Day on May 1st, energy should start to normalize.

Eclipse seasons are a time of karmic reset.  We can choose to continue learning what our spirit feels we need to, or we can level up in the way our spirit craves.  With so much Aries energy ruling both this eclipse season and the energy at hand overall, I believe it’s time to move forward for most of us.  Whether it be an inner conflict you’re facing or an external battle, trust that you have the power, mindset, and ability to see yourself through to victory over your struggles.

Pisces Season

February 18th - March 19th, 2024

It’s PISCES Season, and it's time to bring out our artistic side!

With so much Aquarius air energy influencing us and the cosmos right now, we can’t help but get expressive!

As we move from the sign of The Cosmic Water-Bearer/Storyteller to the season where two fish dance, we start to really feel the emotion of our history.  This may be a season where you both deeply feel and emotionally process.  With Pisces energ harnessing so much creativity, you may find energetic support through the arts.  Whether you get artistic yourself, or you prefer to take in others’ performances and creations, the next few weeks may attract you to artistry as a sort of medicine.

Speaking of medicine, Mercury will enter into Pisces on February 23rd, just a few days into this season.  Controlling the throat chakra, Mercury might have a way of nudging you to express yourself more than normal.  This won’t be in an external sort of way.  Rather, you may turn to crying, journaling, meditating or sleeping, or working on self-healing/understanding.  With this being the last season on the zodiac wheel and the last month of winter, it’s the perfect time to dive deep into your inner self to do the work you need to in order to be prepared for what’s ahead!

Speaking of diving deep, Pisces isn’t just representative of the two fish—this energy embodies the entire Cosmic Ocean!  No matter your opinion on creation story, we know the creation of life arises out of the waters of the womb.  We also see many of our land masses forming out of our planet’s oceans.  Even Hindu mythology mentions an ocean of milk many times in its creation stories.  There have always been relationships of water and creation, but much of it still remains a mystery. Even our ocean’s have yet to be fully understood and explored!  When it comes to exploring your inner self and your energy/emotional body, give yourself grace in knowing it may never be fully understood.

Despite this knowing, Pisces energy will encourage you to explore regardless, and when the Full Moon in Virgo illuminates on the morning of the 24th, you may start to receive some of the answers you are seeking.  Also pay attention to the 24 or so hours before and after the peak of the full moon.  This is a micromoon and won’t impact us as strongly, but we still may have things come to light during this time.  And while Pisces energy has a tendency to bring things to the surface regardless (water cycles up then rains back down!), the full moon portal may be an especially powerful time for you to pay attention to what comes up or through.

You may also have things come through the entire of Pisces season, but especially around the New Moon on March 10th.  This lunar portal peaks exactly at 4am in the Central Time Zone, and arises in an auspicious window of time in North American in general.  The New Moon is a time of apana energy—something that grounds us into earth, the human body, and the human experience.  When we combine this energy with a New Moon in Pisces, we will be encouraged to slow down and move into more states of conscious rest.  The early hours of the day from around 3am-6am can be a powerfully potent time to tap into what’s beyond this earthly realm and veil.  If you can, set an alarm to arise extra early on the day of the New Moon to harness what needs to come to you.  It could be a magical time for you to receive messages, guidance, insights, and more!

You may also need to slow down during this time to sit with things and truly process them.  One day after the New Moon, Venus shifts into Pisces and encourages us to beautify what we’ve been feeling.  Again, we may feel a need to get creative or artistic at this time, and we may even use deep, dark, even seemingly “ugly” emotions to produce really amazing, imaginative, beautifully moving material creations.  If you need to make something, craft something, create something, or express something around the time of the Pisces New Moon Portal, move it through and trust it’s healing you.  Mercury even moves into Aries one day before the new moon on March 9th to help you take action and dive into those deeper depths that are calling you.

By the time we arrive into Aries season and the Vernal Equinox on March 19th, we should feel open and ready for what’s ahead.  We know we have dreams and ambitions, but we also know we have to take action on them and handle challenges along the way.  Aries energy is a cosmic warrior, but you won't be ready to embrace your battle or the training for it if you don’t rest first and prepare for what’s ahead.  These next 4 weeks of Pisces season will be all about tapping into the realms of the seemingly non-doing, where so much is happening beyond our senses.  Notice what happens the more you tune out and tune within.  Portals of endings and beginnings are magical spaces!  Embrace what is ready to auspiciously arrive to you!

Aquarius Season

January 20th - February 18th, 2024

It’s the season of Aquarius, and we’re at the official dawn of a new era!

We also have Pluto entering Aquarius on the same day as the sun this year, which is something that hasn’t happened since 1778!  Some astrologers believe we are now officially in the “Age of Aquarius,” while others believe this is the last year before we embark on a new chapter.

I’m in the latter group.  There’s something within me that senses we are in the final stages of letting go.  Before we are able to fully step into an Aquarian life, we must first shed the layers of programming and structure we’ve aligned ourselves with for so long.  The Age of Capricorn wasn’t for the lighthearted.  We’ve been under the energy of government, hard-work, heirarchy, structure, rules, and a whole lot of boundaries.  As we navigate the final release of these ways, there will come resistance.  We’ve felt the pressure of this on the collective as powers to be struggle to figure out how to rule or stay in control.  The rise of protests and non-compliance to control is a sign of Aquarius energy starting to rise, and there will likely be more to come.  Just as Pluto in Aquarius sparked the revolutionary war in the late 1700s, the Planet of Power will again come into play to remind us to fight for our freedoms, shift our perspectives, and restructure our society for the better of humanity.

This call for change will also resonate in your personal life.  This season may start to initiate sensations of breaking points within you that make you want to break free of whatever boxes you’re in.  Aquarius is an energy that prefers to think OUTSIDE of the box, and this constant separation of society will no longer stand.  Ask yourself this season who you really are and who you want to become.  Let go of labels.  Embody the sensation or feeling instead.  The more you step outside of where you are now, the more free you will feel.

As much as Aquarius is a season of dreaming, the beginning of this season will present some limitations.  On January 23rd, Venus joins Mars and Mercury in Capricorn, causing our closest 3 neighboring planets to influence more than normal.  Rather than let go of projects or switch direction, Mars in Capricorn may encourage us to continue to stay where we are and continue pressing forward.  Mercury in Capricorn will motivate us to set strong boundaries around our creative spaces and give us full courage to express what we need in order to succeed.  However, when Venus comes to work with you she also drives you to consider your intentions.  What is your purpose right now?  What do you aim to achieve?  Mars and Mercury alone may have put dollar signs at the forefront, but Venus says it has to be more than that.  As you either continue to work where you are or begin to consider an alternative, make sure the outcome of your efforts causes both you and the collective to vibrate higher.  Money can still be a great focus, but ask yourself what GOOD you can do with the money once you have it.  Aquarius is The Cosmic Humanitarian, and whatever you work toward this season will have to hold intentions of tithing to your heart-tugging causes in the future.

There may also be a need to beautify the way you do things this season.  Venus energy prefers for things to be “pretty,” and when Venus is in Capricorn we need to make sure our work spaces have aesthetic.  If you work with your creativity professionally, you will also feel more inspiration to enhance the flow.  In my own life I’ve been giving my website a makeover that matches more of my current intentions, and by the end of this Aquarius season I hope to be launched into an entirely different looking virtual world!  The rigidness and structure of my site aligned with my Capricorn moon, but now that Aquarius is taking over with Venus I feel the need to shed that layer of hardness from my personality.  My new site will be full of more celestial and feminine vibes, which aligns perfectly with the cosmos at this time.

The Leo Full Moon rising on January 25th also influences us o focus on the look of things more than the function or operation.  Leo is one of the most obsessed of the signs when it comes to looks, so don’t be surprised if you feel the need to both glam up your spaces and glow up yourself at the same time.  Being the season of Aquarius, it’s time to embrace the fullest expression of who you are, and when Leo energy shows up as a full moon it’s time to ROAR with pride who you are!  Aquarius energy is also very different from the rest of the zodiac.  If you feel like getting weird with your image, now is the time!  Don’t be afraid to completely change yourself during this Aquarius season.  With Uranus going Direct in Venus-ruled Taurus on January 27th, Mercury entering Aquarius on February 5th, Mars entering Aquarius on February 13th, and Venus entering Aquarius on February 16th, you can’t help but bust out of your boxes completely!  If you’re ready for a full makeover, whether it be with yourself, your wardrobe, your spaces, or your professional pursuits, let yourself be open to the new possibilities arriving!

On February 9th it will be especially important to focus on the design of your life and who you want to become.  We will find ourselves under the Aquarius New Moon that day and also celebrating both Lunary New Year and the Chinese New Year of the Dragon!  This will be an incredibly auspicious time to transform ourselves and the way we do things while also setting deep intentions and focus around our dreams.  If you haven’t felt inspired to develop new year’s resolutions or really shift yourself in any way, that may change the first few weeks of February.  As Aquarius energy starts to rise up and rule more and more, you will also feel a need to rise up and reclaim your life and your sovereignty.

Another archetype of Aquarius is The Cosmic Storyteller.  You may have found yourself attached to different stories from your past, but this will no longer be your programming.  As much as our past will always be a part of us and our experiences, we also possess the inner magic to alchemize our attachments and feelings to the scenarios.  During the next few weeks, use the influence of Aquarius to re-tell your story in a more positive way.  How has your past molded and shaped you?  What lessons have you learned from past experiences that were seemingly negative?  What blessings have risen out of your challenging circumstances?  These questions and more can be asked during this time.  Use the influence of Aquarius to reflect on your past, find unconditional love and forgiveness, and let yourself be guided by the wisdom you’ve gained in the process.

However you navigate this season, let yourself be open.  As much as Aquarius is mistaken for water, this is an air sign and one of the most powerful.  The energy of this season knows no bounds.  Let yourself dream BIG dreams, pursue big actions, and push yourself to go beyond the limits of your current imagination.
